Check-in is guaranteed from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out is until 11:00 AM. If you arrive earlier, we'll gladly store your luggage until the room is ready. Early check-in is subject to availability and upon request. 

Check-out can be extended upon request and depending on availability. The additional fee is 10 EUR per hour. For extended stay later than 6:00 PM, the full room rate for an additional night will be charged.

We try to be as flexible as possible. The respective policies are described in your booking confirmation. In case of cancellation after the designated period or in case of no-show, Scotty + Paul Hotel Deggendorf reserves the right to charge 90% of the full overnight price.

Our reception is open for you personally 7 days a week from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. During the night, there is a service phone/hotline available for your questions and requests. In case of emergency, the team is immediately available for you.

Our Relax rooms, Junior Suites, or Paul's Suites are suitable for families with children – they feature comfortable pull-out couches and enough space for 3 to 4 people.

Children aged 7-12 are charged with 15 EUR per night/child. There is a 50% discount on the breakfast price. Children aged 13 and older cost 25 EUR per night/child, and breakfast is charged with the full price.

Yes, dogs/cats are allowed to stay with you. We charge a small extra fee of 20 euros per day/animal.

Our sauna is open daily for you for only 5,00 EUR p.p./day.

We have toothbrushes, toothpaste, hygiene products, and other items available at the reception.

Upon request and subject to availability, we can provide you with a kettle, iron, and ironing board.

In general, all our rooms are without carpets (carpets are only available in the corridors). Our entire bed linen is allergy friendly.

You can help us for example with being cautious with daily room cleaning or towel changing.

Since everyone nowadays carries a mobile phone with them, telephones are no longer needed in the rooms. Mini bars have a poor ecological balance due to their high energy consumption, expiration of products, and maintenance costs. Therefore, we have an alternative central kiosk in the lobby.

The "Degg's" shopping center with many shops is only 350 meters from the Scotty + Paul Hotel Deggendorf. The nearest pharmacy is 200 meters away. You can reach the market square and the city center in about ten minutes on foot.
